I don't want to be the president, I don't want to be in charge
But I don't want him to be incompetent, a mass murder at large.

I want freedom from this democracy, I crave freedom from it's hold.
To be free from fear and manipulation, I think this should be the goal.

All the world ruled by wisdom, ruled by each and every man
Alone man is wise and man is strong but together we get herded like cows

Maybe we should throw away the television
maybe we should throw away our guns
maybe we could pay attention to one another
maybe we could start to learn of love.

Life is short and life precious
lets not waste time on trivial things
Why not get down to the root of our issues
why not get down to where it stings

Now i may be idealistic
but in this world nothing gets done without ideals
find out what is your highest truth
and follow it to the end of your years
